TERMS OF SALE – Pawblic Opinion

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern distance selling of clothing and accessories offered by Pawblic Opinion to consumers (B2C) via pawblicopinion.myshopify.com.

Article 2 – Products
Products offered are clothing and accessories only. Product descriptions are provided on the website.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. VAT not applicable – article 293 B CGI. Prices may change, but orders are billed based on prices at the time of purchase.

Article 4 – Orders
An order is confirmed when Pawblic Opinion sends a confirmation email after payment.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made by credit card or PayPal. Transactions are secured via Shopify.

Article 6 – Shipping
Products are shipped via La Poste. Delivery times vary by destination.

Article 7 – Withdrawal & Returns
Under EU law, customers have 14 days to withdraw. Returns are free within 30 days. Items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

Article 8 – Liability
Pawblic Opinion is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the value of the sold product.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All site and product elements (logos, photos, brands) are protected by intellectual property law.

Article 10 – Disputes
Any dispute is governed by French law. French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
