Refund policy
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF OR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and within a maximum of 14 days from your withdrawal request. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged. Please include your first and last name as well as your order number with your return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days and credited to the original payment method used for the order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by email if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
